Team Sydney membership runs for 12 months from 01 August to 31 July each year.

Applications received and paid by 31 March are accepted for the membership year that ends on 31 July that same year. Applications placed from 01 April onwards are accepted for the membership year that ends on 31 July in the following year.

Membership for teams, clubs and organisations entitles full participation in Team Sydney activities, appointment of a delegate to the Team Sydney Sports Council, promotion on this website, your own web page and email [e.g. you@teamsydney.org.au].

Non-sport organisations that wish to affiliate with and support Team Sydney.


 

Payment may be made by

1.  Direct EFT to Team Sydney's account, BSB 032-024, Account 286361     OR

2.  by cheque, postal or money order mailed to Team Sydney Inc, PO Box 1037, Darlinghurst, NSW, 2010

Team Sydney does not accept credit/debit card payments.

If you download the form, please quote your name (eg TSM-John-Smith) in the reference box of an EFT transfer or on the back of your cheque or money order.

If you use the shopping cart, please quote the reference number provided to you by the cart + you lastname (eg 1234567smith) in the EFT or on your manual payment.


Before committing to a membership, please read the Team Sydney Constitution.  By completing an application form you will be confirming your commitment to the constitution and you will be stating that your involvement with Team Sydney is voluntary.  All membership applications are subject to approval by the board of Team Sydney Inc.
 

Membership Application or Renewal  (Preferred method)

You may complete and submit this application form by following the steps below.

1.  A Word DOC application form is available here.

2.  Download the form onto your computer, save it to your desktop, then complete the form by typing in the details requested.

3.  Save As ... the completed form giving it a name such as "TSM-Firstname-Lastname.DOC"

4.  Right-click the saved form and select Send To > Mail Recipient.

5.  When the email box opens, cut-and-paste TS-Membership-Registrar@teamsydney.org.au into the To: line and click send.

 

Memberships Online   (Alternate Method)

Using this method takes you to a secure, online shopping cart where you can fill in an application and it will be emailed automatically to Team Sydney.  You will still need to make payment (EFT/cheque/money order) as per Payment above.

 

Individual voting membership at $15.00.

Team, Club or Organisation membership at $40.00
