Sydney membership runs for 12 months from 01 August to 31 July each
year.
Applications
received and paid
by 31 March are accepted for the
membership year that ends on 31 July that same year. Applications placed from 01
April onwards are accepted for the membership year that ends on 31 July in the
following year.

Team
Sydney does not accept credit/debit card payments.

you download the form, please quote your name
(eg TSM-John-Smith) in the reference box of an EFT transfer or on the back of
your cheque or money order.
If
you use the shopping cart, please quote the reference number provided to you by
the cart + you lastname (eg 1234567smith) in the EFT or on your manual payment.

committing to a membership, please read the Team Sydney Constitution.
By completing an application form you will be confirming your
commitment to the constitution and you will be stating that your
involvement with Team Sydney is voluntary. All membership
applications are subject to approval by the board of Team Sydney Inc.
Membership
Application or Renewal (Preferred method)
You
may complete and submit this application form by following the
steps below.

Download the form onto your computer, save it to your desktop, then
complete the form by typing in the details requested.
3.
Save As ... the completed form giving it a name such as "TSM-Firstname-Lastname.DOC"
4.
Right-click the saved form and select Send To > Mail Recipient.
5.
When the email box opens, cut-and-paste TS-Membership-Registrar@teamsydney.org.au
into the To: line and click send.
Memberships Online (Alternate Method)
Using this method takes you to a secure, online
shopping cart where you can fill in an application and it will be emailed
automatically to Team Sydney. You will still need to make payment (EFT/cheque/money
order) as per Payment
above.
